im not sure, but i think it was holiday. i heard it on the radio and my mom remebered it was GD and that i liked it, so she got me Dookie (on accident, she meant to get me AI) but i love it all the same. im glad that Dookie was my first GD cd. i couldnt stop listenin to it the first couple months i had it

My parents got me Dookie so I listened to it and I was like Huh, that's nice. And left it there for a while. My friend was into Green Day though and I was like yeah, I've heard of them. She showed me GDA and... Yeah.

Probably Good Riddance, but I still wasnt old enough to develop my own taste in music, so I was stuck listening to Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears and all that shit because thats what my sister loved. I knew Green Day had made this whole comeback thing when I started Grade 7, and when Holiday played at our school dance I told my friend I loved this song, and she said her mom bought American Idiot just a few days ago so she let me borrow it. So I guess Holiday made me fall in love with them, and I still havent fallen out so it's a good thing.
