justcause Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Nah hat shows are kinda pointless. you might like this though. Oh, how I love the fucking Internet - hats of meat! I think The Darkness were influenc'd by this! yeah i watched it, the bands that talked about Green Day were like Aiden. Hawthorne Heights, Yellowcard, Silverstein, Bayside, The Darkness, i think thats all i don't remember. it was pretty good Green Day was in it a little they said stuff from other Fuse interveiws. The Darkness?!! GD should sue! Justin Hawkins, in his big wet wannabe Freddie Mercury dreams!
woven_basketcase Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 it was an okay show... :/ could have been better. but...whatever.... they had Hawthorn Heights. and Tom from Blink-182, but they introduced him as his new band name which i forget right now [ something like Angels + Heavens or something...] .....but they had the damn Click Five.   what the fuck were they on when they thought of that brilliant idea?
woven_basketcase Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 no fuse anymore, pft. that sucks. i don't have fuse either  , but i downloaded it and watched it. oh the joys of internet.....
Lotus Eater Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 You guys need to lighten up. I thought it was great. Regardless of how I feel about the participating bands' music, I respected their opinions as people who are actually in bands, and to hear their take on Green Day was really cool. They weren't "trying to get on Green Day's good side." They really were affected by them. You don't have to be so cynical ALL the time...sometimes it's ok to enjoy things at face value.
SusantheMartian Posted January 11, 2006 Author Posted January 11, 2006 i liked it when gd was talkin about wen the bands met them 4 the 1st time. that was kinda funny.
Fuzz Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I thought it was pretty kick ass. Really good stuff. I loved the part where Billie was talking about bands saying how much they love them after 4AM and many drinks. Good stuff.
Lotus Eater Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I just liked when the bands pointed out things only fellow performers would fully appreciate, like how Billie "hits" the guitar really hard, or sprints across the stage for an hour and a half.

**nobodylikesyou** Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I liked it. Interesting. Didnt know many of the bands. But liked hearing what the boys had to say. My favoirte part was when Billie Joe had his arms folded saying Whutz up? He looks so Happy in that segment Ha
ArmatageShanks39 Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 on a sidenote, is aiden that band from Yakima, Washington? Because I lived there till i was 12, and my friend was talkin about em. IM pretty sure they are....

GreenDay-Idiot Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 You could download it... That's what I'll do...I didn't know I could download it already! it sucks not having fuse!
xXTattooed_MemoriesXx Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I watched it. I thought it was good. It was interesting to see how many newer bands out there were so greatly infuenced by Green Day. I don't know much about those bands though, like Hawthorne Heights, and all those others. But I liked how they praised Billie Joe on being able to control such a large audience...and run around the stage and jump around like crazy for over an hour...lol But yeah, my favorite part was where Billie Joe was talking about other bands meeting them for the first time, lol. But I'm sure everyone enjoyed that. All in all, I enjoyed the show.
NC_Idiot Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 it was pretty good, its just all the bands that were influenced by them, i either never heard of them or i think they suck. but they had a couple clips with green day. overall i thought it was pretty good. i agree with you. i think that the bands on the show are over all sucky, or i never heard of them, and quite frankly i dont want to. the green day part was good. i guess it was kinda cool seing how much of an influence green day has on new bands. (they sure have one on my band =] )
**nobodylikesyou** Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 fuse doesnt exist in australia. because we're fucking poor loonies. well then go to fuse.tv

DeathOrGlory Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 I really liked hearing all the different bands talking about how Green Day influenced their life because I could relate to a lot of the things they were saying. I thought it was pretty cool
