I never thought I would post in this thread...I got pulled up onstage for Know Your Enemy last night for the Halloween Manchester gig, i guess i stood out because I painted myself bright pink lol. I couldn't believe it when he pointed down and said "you" to me!!! So I got hauled over the barrier, helped onto the stage by Billie, and then we sung the "oh way, oh way" bit of Know Your Enemy and the scream!! Then he took me back and told me to do a stage dive. I jumped around a lot and acted like an idiot, but when my time for the stage dive came, I fucking went for it, it was awesome!

I'm sooo happy!! My memory's gone slightly patchy because I was in so much shock!

I know, I can't imagine how it would feel for Billie to point at me and be like, "YOU! GET YOUR ASS UP HERE!" I'd probably just..die.

He spotted me and pointed down and was like "you". That moment was just like "holy fuck". I'm so happy he put the mask i gave him on (even if he through it away after, lol). I feel like my devotion for the past 5 years has just paid off, I'm still on cloud 9, he's just made me the happiest person in the world, lol.

My sister kissed the Rev on the lips when he crowdsurfed over us last night. He kissed back so it's OK

Might not fall into the category of meeting or kissing but I feel like I 'met' the Rev last night, he just gave everything of himself at that show (as did the whole band!). A little highlight for me was when he came over with yet another can of beer and looked me right in the eye, so I opened my mouth and he emptied the whole can into my mouth and all over my face and hair. Just great, I never thought I'd be so happy to be drenched with beer.

Seeing Green Day was absolutely amazing, but holding up a crowdsurfing Rev and realizing my hand was holding his bare ankle and I could feel his leg hair , was just plain weird! In a good way.

My friend and i went to the 30th show at manchester and got right to the middle of the barrier on the runway, we talked to some of the stewards and that and were joking around about pointing us out if they aksed for people to go on stage :wink: Anyway, as soon as green day came on my friend put up her 'i can sing longview sign' and billie looked at it. Then when it came to are we the waiting he chose her to go on stage (she's the one that kissed him) anyways i cried when she got up, and then when longview cam around i put my sign up, mike was on the runway and pointed to it saying something like 'you can sing it? so can i' - but some security guy came a ripped it off me before billie chose someone even though we'd cleared me to put it up for the one song beforehand. Anyway he ended up getting some girl up for the first 2 verses and then asked for someone else for the last verse, he came over to where we were and ended up picking the guy next to me. I was pretty gutted he got jay from one side of me and then the guy on the other side of me up.

Anyway, the 31st came and we'd qued up since 12pm, i'd pretty much told myself there was no chance of me getting up there (serisously what are the chances he's pick me or jay the first night & then to pick me the second night? pretty non existant.) so i told my self i'd have a great night, being halloween and my last gig and all. We went in and by some miracle got to the EXACT same place we were in the night before & spoke to the stewards again who were joking with jay about getting on stage. So FHT came on and i was really in the mood screaming along practially hanging over the barrier. Then Green Day came out i was litterally hanging over the barrier with jay, with my bloodied up clothes & face and a tiara on. During the first few songs Billie seemed to keep looking over at where me and jay were stood. When it came to Are we the waiting and he came to the runway looking to pick somone up and he pointed at me i was in shock! i was practically shaking.

Anyways they got me on stage and i hugged him & sung along for a bit when he pointed to my camera and asked for it (i'd forgotten it was around my arm ) He took the camera and took some pictures of me on stage and i said thanks, then i had to get down but i was so extatic.

i mean what are the chances of me & jay getting piced for the same song, when we were stood in the same place the night after each other? i mean the chances of one of us getting picked in the first place were pretty slim but

When he picked me to go onstage on the 2nd night at the O2, it was just way too surreal. I almost got to the front at the Foxboro show and shit but people barged in front of me and the baggage system was way too slow. aw, reading through all of you guys' amazing experiences makes me really wish that would happen to me.

I saw Green Day on October 9th in Copenhagen, and the the 11th in Stockholm. That weekend was just so crazy awesome. I barely got any sleep at all. I couldn't get over the fact that I saw them until... now. It's so weird. Sometimes I'll think about the concert and... God, it was just amazing. I was so emotional in so many different ways, seeing them. It felt like I just... understood them, and their music better than ever, y'know?

When they asked for people to come up on stage to sing I got so nervous. In Copenhagen I was all raising my hand and jumping around, but in Stockholm, my friend forced my hand up XD I didn't want to do it, I have a terrible stage fright. If they would've asked for anyone to play the guitar in Knowledge or JOS I would've done whatever it took to get up on stage tho. I owe that to myself. XD

But yeah, it's so weird hearing people's stories about meeting them that saturday in Stockholm. I just think "I were in Stockholm that day. I could've easily run into them". It's not like I think "OMG I'M DYIN I DIDNT GET TO MEET THEM AND THEY DIDN'T NOTICE ME DURING THE CONCERTS WAAAAH ;_;", but it's a surreal feeling that I could've met them.

The concerts were amazing, tho, I got to do my 21 Guns dance with my friends and it was just a hilarious time!!

Oh, and I also met Tre at the first Birmingham show.... I think it was the first Birmingham show.... No one else knew it was him, which was the best thing ever.
