Honestly... I've never actually "met" Green Day, but I did get to shake Mike Dirnt's hand at the Live Freaky Die Freaky premiere in LA...

And I got shot in the eye by Billie at the show in December, haha.

I spoke to mike at GMA for a few seconds and billie signed my magazine at GMA i tossed it on stage haha i was front row so it was a 2 ft toss, magazine and marker so he signed it.. i didn't talk to billie tho

If I saw a member of Green Day at some random place I'd probably hover there, trying to figure out whether to go up to them. Then I reckon I'd probably just end up running in the other direction. I'd rather not be faced with the opportunity to make a fool of myself.

I havent met them.But im going in 2 weeks and get to go to the soundcheck too and i get an autograph,so Im really hoping I get to go backstage, Ive met blink 182 and llike 5 times and that doesnt even compare to meeting green day once. I would do anyyything to meet them.

Of course that's what I say but if I ever saw one of them IRL I'd probably just fall over or something. But I'll definitely try to meet them, I came so close to meeting the bass player from The Rasmus and in the end I wussed out and walked straight past him...I'm so not making that mistake with Green Day!
