I've been to a Green day show and i meet them before the gig!!!!!!!!!

they were so awesome!!!!!!!

I know a guy who's head of the Irish street team and he got to meet the band before they played in Dublin. He had to present them with some award or something.

Not only that, he's really good at bass and guitar....so naturally he was picked to go on stage and play bass for Knowledge. I hate him. :whistling:

well I meet them at 6pm on the 5th of march 2005 just before there show in new zealand!

and it was backstage and yeah!! they were so cool and genuinly nice guys!!! i have two pics one with me shaking Billies hand and a group shot! it was the best day of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also wondering what Billie Joe smells like. I just hope he's not one of these heavy perfume users.

Never had a chance to meet them, but I've been to a show once.

I havent met them but it was like september 24th umm like 2005 i think and i went to california with a friend and her family and we saw them, we got crappy seats but it was like one of the best days of my life. it was cool though cuz that next morning we went out to eat at Rudy's Can't Fail Cafe' and we sat down and the guy, named Mike, was talking to us and he was like "so u guy go to the show last night?" i think cuz he saw our shirts but we were like "yeah..." and he was like "yeah, last night after the show they came in here and made me stay after to serve em drinks" and he told us they were sitting where we were sitting, at the booth in front. it was pretty awesome thinking about sitting in their seats after only hours of them being there haha

The closest I've gotten to Green Day was when I sat really close (well, not like eye burning close) to the TV screen.

because my dad has some management over hammersmith apollo, i got to go backstage and i saw the door to the room GD where in b4 the show. the rodies where setting up the stuff onstage
