Poprocks_and_Coke Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I had a very weird dream last night: Somebody tried to kill me and there were lots of scary ghosts. (WTF?) And then there was an empty room. Suddenly a wild Billie Joe appeared. He was wearing a Godzilla mask. He had some spray paint in his hands and sprayed graffiti on the walls of that empty room. I thought "hey, you mustn´t do that, Billie!" but then it came out that they were shooting (another) music video of Jesus of Suburbia. o.O pretty messed up dream.. godzilla mask..
GreenDayisAmazing Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I had a dream I went to see AI the musical and half the room booed them =(. I asked the cast if that was normal for them and they said know. They actually got booed off stage and stuff thrown at them. Ohh and Billie was St. Jimmy too.

Holly Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I just met Billie, I was so convinced it was real but sadly it was only in my dream I was going to a concert with two of my best mates and rather than being in the normal standing bit for some reason we were in like, a gutted out caravan half way back in the crowd kinda where the sound and lighting guys normally have their little bit. For some reason we all thought this was great cause we'd be able to watch the show perfectly. Suddenly it skipped to Billie asking for volunteers and he asked for me personally so I was there on stage freaking out and Billie announced they were playing a new song. It sounded pretty shit really, there was a womans voice singing it instead coming from somewhere then I saw it was Lady Gaga walking through the crowd and on to the stage, I was just like fair enough - they are mates. Billie got Lady Gaga to get into this little box at the front of the stage, then the curtains shut and he got me to swap with her so then when the curtains opened he turned the box around I was there there sat in it an everyone cheered I then left the stage and Billie ran after me and I gave him a hug and he said he didn't have time to give me an autograph cause he was playing a gig.. but he gave me a fiver out of his pocket hahaha and I just started telling him how much I loved Green Day and how thankful I was that they made music. I was then walking down some weird corridor full of these paper barriers you had break through, but they had already been broken, and a guy from my old school turned up walking with me and I just started hyperventilating about the fact I'd just been on stage with Green Day and hugged Billie. Completely lost the ability to breathe so he carried me back to my little caravan where we were for the show and suddenly loas of people from my old school were there too just sorta sitting around watching the show. The concert had finished and Billie came and walked in with his guitar and announced he was going to play us an acoustic version of their new song. What he started playing was that new shitty Carly Rae Jepsen song, Call Me Maybe, only he didn't know any of the words he was just sorta mumbling along and said that when they recorded it she was on vocals which is why he didn't know the words. I had my ipod in and her vocals were coming through so I started singing with him. Then I woke up and that song was on the radio which is obviously why it was in my dream. Bit annoyed I didn't even see Tre or Mike, it all seemed so real in my dream! I wish I hadn't woke up.
It's Splash Time Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 I had a dream where I was watching a youtube video I saw on tumblr. In it, there was some presentation-thing and Billie happened to be there. At the end, he stood up and did a little speech at the front. He said that he knew the versions of Carpe Diam that are on the internet are very different from the recorded version, that the song has changed a lot since then. And that they were still trying to record the albums so the album release could be later. It never occured to me at the time, but it had nothing to do with the presentation. I swear the presentation was about Chemistry or something. And I wasn't that bothered that the album release could be put back two months.

I woke up not knowing that it was just a dream. So I was on GDC, about to write a comment in the "Green Day References" topic, until I realized that I couldn't remember anything. That got me messed up for a few minutes, man. Haha.

The floor was covered in quarters and loose change, Mike was making fart jokes, and Billie was petting his own stomach complaining about how drunk he was all night. Tre wasn't in this one oddly enough.

Billie Joe was at a signing event, and I was up next but the assistant guy ran out of ink for his big rubber stamp, so as Billie reached out to shake my hand a director lady came and took him away before I could do anything and replaced him with Captain America. I was so angry I punched the director lady in the throat and Captain America fainted.

It started with the car ride there, and the excitment that comes with waiting in line. then there was the awesome euphoria that happens during the show. When Green Day had finished playing everyone sat on the lawn and watched fireworks. then there was like a day afterwards too of the post-concert happiness. it was crazy and probably one of the most realistic dreams i have ever had. i woke up and until i realized where i was i really felt that i had just gone to another Green Day concert. i even remembered what t-shirts they were selling. the only thing i couldnt remember was what songs they had played but it made sense in the dream that they were all new songs so i didnt know them. i can tell i am getting really impatient (and excited) for them to start touring again
StuckWithInsomnia Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 None of Green Day or really any celebrities. I remember a bit about one I had in about 2008 where someone was going around my school attacking people and the only person who could save us was Eddie Murphy. Yeah it was fucking retarded.
