Metanoia Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 i was gonna write no one knows too.............. what the shit...everyone is saying no one knows because it just makes you feel depressed its so melancholic and slow and you know....typically depressing...
Guest drugs Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 tired of waiting for you. i know its a green day cover, but it's really horrible. oh and rotting. but besides them they're all fucking awesome ! and i do love wake me up when september ends till oblivion but it makes me feel sad too like most people
Snickerz Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 wake me up when september ends, restless heart syndrome, we are the waiting (for some odd reason) ?viva la gloria?
worryrockin' Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 no one knows of course, and restless heart syndrome.
Backyard Skulls Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 No-one knows never fails to make me even more depressed when I feel like crap. I listen to Give Me Novacaine, Redundant, WMUWSE and 21 guns when I feel sad aswell.
Rage & Love. Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 No song of Green Day depresses me, I think they're the only thing in the world that actually suits every state of mind I'm in.
colour_me_stupid_ Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 When It's Time is the only song I can think that depresses me. It's a relatively new song and I can't think of any other Green Day song that depresses me. I think it only depresses me because I'm just getting out of what I thought would be a meaningful relationship. You're 14, dont be expecting to have a meaningful relationship soon You have loads of time for that Even though I love it, 2000 Light Years Away depresses me sometimes, because it really, really feels like that far sometimes
Metanoia Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 i totally forgot about j.a.r...........omg it makes me cry..
Steven Samuels Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Homecoming, mainly one act though "Nobody Likes You" That's just depressing. I know how it feels to sit at home with no one to call or talk too. Lonely times=depressing times. Thank god for Coke. (I'll let you figure out which type) it's not the drug
Caractériel Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 I don't really get depressed, but Rotting always seems like a bit of a buzz killer to me. Not saying its a bad song, just not the best song to listen to when you wanna get yourself into a good mood. Other than that, there isn't any really. I associate their music with happy times
Metanoia Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 no one knows of course, and restless heart syndrome. oh yeah right i havent even thought of that yet.......rhs is very depressing...
*Maria_Laura* Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 wake me up when september ends .. :'(Oh yeah those are pretty depressing too :'( oh yeah right i havent even thought of that yet.......rhs is very depressing...
Storer Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Rest. That's pretty much the only Green Day song I skip on my iPod. It's just so slow and boring
Hanamay Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Wake Me Up When September Ends - I always thought it was a beautiful but depressing song but it never really made me feel sad, aside from thinking of how it must feel to have lost a parent at such a young age. But now, I really struggle listening to that song now though because I relate so much to it as it's exactly a month today that my own father passed away. So yeah, as you can imagine the lyrics really get to me. hahaha, sorry for the depressingnessness of this post You're 14, dont be expecting to have a meaningful relationship soon You have loads of time for that I understand what you're saying but the poster might really feel as if it is a meaningful relationship and it's a little bit hurtful to them perhaps to say that as it's almost disregarding their feelings just because of their age? I was thirteen when I first got with my boyfriend and although I'm young and I still have my life ahead of me I definitely fell in love at that age. At least I think so anyway. We're still together - four years five months later Sorry, I don't mean to sound bitchy or whatever.
champagne mami Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Hm...Wake Me Up When September Ends and BOBD WMUWSE just reminds me of 9/11 and people dying and stuff. Idk. And BOBD just...idk. I mean saying 'I walk alone' is pretty depressing and I sometimes feel that way, yknow.
gotbumbum? Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 christie road and rotting. you can just hear the sadness in his voice
Guest Saint. Jimmy. Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 rotting and their cover of tired of waiting for you. ugh i don't like em that much. but WMUWSE does too, even though it is one hell of a kickass song
minorty13 Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 rotting and their cover of tired of waiting for you. ugh i don't like em that much. Yea, they're really slow and... well depressing haha I just realized how freaking depressed Westbound Sign makes me That song basically sums up what I would do with my life if I had any say in it...
Wretched & Divine Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 Wake Me Up When September Ends ='((( Sometimes Are We the Waiting strikes a certain chord with me and gets me down. 21 Guns too... omg T_T
