It reminds me of New Years, my friend and I sat out on my drive way around midnight and sung the whole thing. That's when I found out that my life was a lie and I'd been singing "dump truck! No One Knows is another one cause I really related to in in my freshman year in college after I had my car accident, which was like, one year today actually. Wow...time flies fast. Waiting, Christie Road and Macy's Day Parade for some odd reason. They don't make me depressed but, they make me feel overwhelmed with emotion.

Having your dad die young becomes part of who you are, not something to get over. Good Riddance The day I took my younger kid to her last day of elementary school this came on, and I cried. so I always remember t hat.

It's a relatively new song and I can't think of any other Green Day song that depresses me. I think it only depresses me because I'm just getting out of what I thought would be a meaningful relationship.

It just reminds me of my best friend and we were really close and did everything together. But then, she started to change and we became distant and the friendship ended.
