It looks like it's two dates in two different cities. Johannesburg on 19 March and then Cape Town on 23 March.

Thank you very much, but I meant the time that it starts (a.m or p.m).  Also the picture says 19 January and 23 January, is that what you meant instead of 19 March and 23 March?

Sorry you're right I got confused and it's January not March. I would imagine start times will be announced nearer the time. Also don't know if the lineup will stay like this or if more bands will be added.
