I edited some of the videos with lyrics that Billie posted on IG Stories a while back into one video because I personally liked what he shared☺️   Wish there was a lyric video for this song...  The soundtrack is from the CD.

 Not seen that last piece of artwork before but like your video! 👏👏 Keep meaning to say, I love the “they promised us forever but we got less” line, clever line.

What I love about this song is how clearly he enunciates every line. It’s almost like a Broadway delivery. I feel like this is him using something he picked up from doing the musical and it fit here. That’s why when I hear the first lines, I imagine it being sung by a character on a theater stage.  The guitar riff in the chorus sounds like one in Happiness from The Longshot.

There are bits and pieces of everything they’ve ever done on this record. It’s like Mike’s joke of “over 150 years of experience combined”

I noticed this about a lot of songs on the album! Like Fancy Sauce, every line is crystal clear. Quite a contrast to say Insomniac lol
