Murder Hornets or Puke.  These are my alternate album titles. Vomit would also be good.  Also, I see all these numbers.  Basketcase is climbing.  970 Million last I saw.

It’s absolutely thrilling to me that murder hornets are forever remembered through this album. 2020 dropped that storyline too fast. I liked the murder hornets! Imagine the questions some of Billie’s lyrics will raise 50 years from now. 😆

Having a buzz like a murder hornet means you are drunk beyond drunk. Lol.  That whole verse is very clever.

I want this album to perform well because I know the band is really proud of it and for them, it would just be really cool to see Saviors get the recognition it deserves. On a personal level, I love it no matter what and definitely don’t care what that YouTube guy thinks. It would just be sweet to see it chart and stream well because I think that’s validating for any artist. Green Day makes music for the right reasons — because they love it, not accolades — but I’m sure accolades still feel great!

Fantano really went hard on Corvette Summer, that was a good chuckle he gave me there.   Well, I did my taxes, watched some Rick and Morty and tumbled some rocks.  And boxed to Saviors.  Now it's time to make some videos.  Fantano might be busy, I be busier.  I assure you of that.   Dude life.

Been listening HARD.   American Dream and Look MA have been my top 2 most listen songs of all time for a while, but now 1981 is my 21st most listened, Bobby Sox 27th, One Eyed Bastard 33rd and Goodnight Adeline is 46th.   

For 6 months - it's Look Ma, American Dream, 1981, Bobby Sox, One Eyed Bastard, Goodnight Adeline, Coma City, Strange Days, Suzie, Fancy Sauce, Saviors, Corvette Summer, Living the 20s, Father to a Son, Dilemma, 

and finally for 4 weeks - 1981, bobby sox, one eye, goodnight, fancy sauce, coma city, strange days, suzie, saviors, corvette summer, living in the 20s, father to a son, american dream, dilemma and look ma.

Hoping to post my review here this weekend, but yeah: I love it. I think when all is said and done this is going to go down as a classic later period Green Day album. Really strong work. I’ve been loving the ‘zine lyrics book. And the promotion for this one has been on. point.

I find Fever to be a catchy song after listening to it few times.

I'll get hated for this but if green day went on that route that's like fever then that's sellout for me.

Finally got my record! I got the black with pink splattered on it, it looks really cool. I put it on and sat on the floor and read through the lyrics while I listened.

Saviors didn't make it into the top 50 charts here on Australia, interestingly their Greatest Hits album did! At number 38.

Maybe the media attention got people feeling nostalgic
