I keep saying they are going to do a redemption Trilogy.   They might not even use the word because of the bad vibes.   But we could be looking at the first part of a new Trilogy.    Or maybe part.....or three.

I like look ma no brains better then american dream is killing me.  However i love faster music from them more so then slow.  And that riff toward the end is what we heard for a minute and its nice to hear it officially.

It's so confusing to me that they chose to release something like FOAM when they still had it in them to make songs like this.

Like, it really shouldn't feel strange to hear a new Green Day song and think "omg it actually sounds like Green Day" but here we are ...

I think they just wanted to flex their creative muscles and see how far they could take it. Having done that, satisfied, they have returned to us.

Its like these guys are way past career suicide kind of thing.  So FOAMF was a way for them to just do something and they didn't have to worry about the ramifications.  I mean its not like they needed the album to sell.

I wonder who first had the idea "zombies".   Was it Billie?  A record exec?  Album art guy? One of us - did I at one point speculate a zombie themed album?   😄   I am still saying blue artwork for 1972 even though it's dead.  Wait...dead like a zombie????
