Green Day Headlining Sea Hear Now Festival in September

That’s just the price of live music today tho. 1 day of rock festival in Denmark is between 90 and 150$. Even a cheap electronic music festival start at no less then 60$/day. Taking into account cost of life prices are comparable all over Europe, and looking at this Green Day is still average or below that.

Well yeah, true. Still, if it was possible to get a festival ticket between 100 and 200 next year (I think 2022 tickets to the same event i paid 70€ for before pandemic were 100), it would still be a good deal compared to individual GD dates costing 100€ (assuming you’d want to see at least some other bands.)

Think my ticket in Scotland was £65, not fancy venue mind but I thought that wasn’t bad at all.

In comparison to other music acts I don‘t think that GD tickets were that expensive. I think that we have stricter regulations of price politics in the EU than in other countries.

That’s true, I couldn’t believe it when our US cousins were saying ticket prices got higher as more were sold!  Madness.

Yes, when I attended the RevRad show for GA, we were able to get barricade. I recall the VIP line being shockingly small - around 25 people? It also couldn't have been much more than $100 - I can't find the email though.
That being said, a friend brought up the possibility of going since they're originally from the area and I may have had my interest peaked.
I'd be more tempted if single day passes were offered.

An individual doesn't pay 20 bucks for a cd, so they have to pay 1 gazillion dollars for nosebleed at a rock show.

anyone have any insight on where they are staying? maybe they will hang somewhere in town? Tre went to a samba/bar in Rio, I was wishing I would run into them around  here lol
