That Dude Posted December 11, 2022 Posted December 11, 2022 This album is going to be better than anything they've ever done so far. Both sad and funny. Serious, yet devious. The title will be two words.... No, wait! Two Words will be the title, yeah! Two Words..... 19 songs. 7 minute song with Moontik clips blended in. Crunchy, dirty guitars and creative rhythm sections. Lyrics more focused, but still weird. Why is Billie living like a prisoner for haters? Why is school for suckers? Does Billie know his abcs with his heart on his sleeve? He's going sleeveless, baby.

They're taking their time with this project and it sounds promising. It'll be worth every second we've waited for. Happy holidays guys That’s what I’m thinking!!! A story driven album featuring characters based on their families and friends, and events that happened throughout their lives!!! 2
Popular Post Redundantuserjinxboy Posted December 11, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 11, 2022 I don't think it'll be a rock opera, I think it'll be identical to revrad 8
Popular Post xWhatsername_ Posted December 11, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 11, 2022 I’m curious if this will end up being an longer or shorter album, I’m also feeling curious how long some of these songs will be The curiosity is taking over me and I can’t wait much longer 5

Popular Post That Dude Posted December 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 12, 2022 I'm thinking 39 minutes and 12 seconds of pure, unadulterated suckage. Hey, that's a good album title! You guys ever NOT react to something on here in fear that it could take away from your own gains in the Leaderboard? Yeah, me either. 6

Lenny Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 It looks like the new album will have a re-recorded version of 21cb in the same vein as welcome to paradise on Dookie. Rob Cavallo will give the song new life 2 2

localinsomniac Posted December 12, 2022 Posted December 12, 2022 Probably just wanted to see how older material would turn out with better equipment and a bigger budget. So they picked one song from each Lookout album 1

If I remember correctly… they said in an interview that once they went in to record dookie they wanted to start off with something familiar since it was their first time in a big recording studio. they loved the song and how it sounded on the Marshall amp so they kept it They also re-recorded 409 in your coffee maker for dookie but decided not to put it on the album 4 1 1

BratReject23 Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 I want so bad that on 21st cb 15th birthday they release unheard material of the recording sessions! That would be so cool! 4

I would love to listen to that re-recording!! I hope we get a Dookie 30th anniversary edition. The anniversary is only a year and 2 months away!!!! And then that September marks American Idiot's 20th!!! Hopefully we'll get to hear the Cigarettes and Valentines sessions as well!!! And with 1972 coming out some time in 2023, this may be shaping up to be the biggest 2 years in Green Day's history!!!! 5
Clockwise Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 It's a shame 1972 is going to keep getting pushed back with all these anniversaries coming up. 2 1
FOAMfinger Posted December 13, 2022 Posted December 13, 2022 (edited) The album was released in 1972 bce. A hidden gem lost to the ages and we were all too foolish to see it. Edited December 13, 2022 by FOAMfinger 2
