CLA posted some pics from Switzerland the last weeks. So maybe the „main“ mixing was done before that, then he went on holiday so that GD can listen to his mixes in the meantime and think about it, and now he‘s back and he does the final tweaks.

The wait shouldn’t be that much longer. FOAM’s Wikipedia page says recording was completed in September 2019. The same month the single came out, which means the singles are always mastered first. I think the first 1972 single is ready!!!

I'm sure an announcement for a lead single of an album would be much more exciting than that. This is not going to be some one off single like Here Comes The Shock or even Pollyanna. Remember how hyped we were when they announced Bang Bang?
