Is this "montage" with the song going to be up some time tonight? Don't know why they are releasing a song on a Sunday, seems weird. Should have released the song on a Friday... But I guess since this song is a part of the NHL it makes sense.

Yep, publicity for the NHL (since a lot of us will be watching the program just for GD) and the song will get a LOT of publicity by NHL watchers.

Got the Rangers/Caps game on and they just played an instrumental clip coming out of the second intermission.

Now, I know the new song is set to officially premiere at roughly the same point during the Lake Tahoe game. But I wonder if it was a small tease before the real deal. The commentators referenced it before getting back to the game, but didn't mention the artist by name.

Edit: ok here we go. I'm not convinced it's GD but figured I'd throw it out for everyone else. I rewound the broadcast to Shazam it and got nothing.

Hmmmm. Sounds like a generic rock song that can be looped over and over for TV purposes but I won't rule it out. Sounds fun regardless.
