I think it’s fine overall. The people saying it’s better than FOAM especially production wise are just saying that to say that. The songs are a cool network return, and I’m excited to hear the rest, but not blown away or anything

People that say the production is better than FOAM probably prefer 80s New Wave sounds over the tired and dull 2000s pop rock FOAM was going for.

Anyone been able to make out lyrics on Fentanyl?

I don’t think anyone could make out lyrics on fentanyl.

Only enjoyed Ivankkka (a lot) ... Don't like the other 3 songs

I am one of the people on the "better than FOAM" train, and I don't agree with your statement.

I'm obsessed with both new wave and 2000s pop rock. The genre has nothing to do with me not liking Father of all Motherfuckers.

In fact, I'm not totally blown away by this new EP either. It definitely could be better.

But then again, I'm a very harsh critic when it comes to Green Day and The Network.

I don't even care if Green Day goes into hiatus for the next 10 years. FOAMF has proven they need a break. I really hope The Network can stay for a while.

Not gonna happen. You’ll get one album and then they go back in their time machine for seventeen years 😄

The new EP is pretty good. Ivankkka is still my favorite song so far but Trans Am has some really fucking great bass in it.

It's good to hear Van Gough's voice again (definitely not that Mike guy from that other band) his voice is a little different now, a bit deeper and grittier perhaps?
Songs are missing, so I am calling it now, this is the first of a new EP trilogy, the anti Uno, Dos and Tre.

I'm sorry but I am going to have to disagree. American Idiot and 21cb had fantastic production and they weren't 80s New Wave sounds at all. FOAM doesn't sound like either of those two albums and production wise sure doesn't sound anything like anything the boys have done before (and not in a good way) in my opinion.

Those guys from The Green Days should learn a thing or two from this EP.

I figured it out! Fentanyl sounds like The Police.

To me, it sounded akin to something from Dreamcar.

Good EP, but Ivankkka is still the best tune, hands down.

EP is now on iTunes. Debating whether to get it now on when the full album comes out.

I have so much work to do tomorrow because of this stupid Swedish band! Damn you The Network!!!

I started typing out that Trans AM and Ivankka are my faves and was gonna go in about the good stuff of the others but realized I just love this whole EP. Flat Earth made me laugh and is catchy.

Flat earth is probably my favorite after Ivankkka. But I still like the other two as well. Excited about how this record is shaping up!!
