If this stuff is phony, which is an idea I'm coming around to more and more all the time, I highly doubt it's Panicland. They got their jollies with MOOTIK. I bet it's some other band that saw what Panicland was able to do tho and just copied it.

You guys are still drinking the TUT Kool-aid, huh. Regarding the copyright claim argument, the reason the songs are being taken down is because they're are pretending to be The Network in both title and the aesthetics. A label like Warner can easily takedown any video that does that. 

This one is still up. No mention of The Network.

They just haven’t found it yet. Per @Todd ‘s experiment the song is not in the automatic files that would flag it immediately (maybe because it is unreleased?) so it has to be found manually by someone. They can’t catch them all.
