This whole thing was so weird, I'm starting to think this was Jason Freese elaborate plan to sabotage Green Day for only putting him in the spotlight to call him out for his porn tendencies in front of millions of people.

I do get him though, the poor guy was even in the background of The Jeff Matika Show, that's how you know you have hit rock bottom.

I don't get the guy behind The Church channel's idea, he did all that and wasn't expecting any outcome at all? 'Cause there truly were people who believed it was The Network (and they love this new band now) but it's still not okay, using one band to promote another. Or at least that's what I think he did.

I like the speculation- it livens up the forum a little and always draws me back when I settle into lurking between albums. It's honestly one of the best things about being a GD fan to me.

What other band has this much fun with its following? Incubus isn't growing a wild hair and putting out a party record any time soon; there are no copycats perpetrating hoaxes under the guise of Alice In Chains fanfic; The 1975 (probably) don't have any alter-ego involving masks and trash bags.
