Seriously, you seem like a decent person. But for just once I would like to be able to disagree with someone or state an unpopular opinion without getting personal attacks. People have a right to feel what they feel, and feeling something different than someone else does make someone "fragile." Calling people names because you have no other way to refute an argument does (not talking about you, just talking in general). I have seen first-hand the mental health effects of cyberbullying and trying to make people think something is wrong with them for feeling what they feel, so I feel strongly about this. I am not going to say the way I speak out is always the best, but I would rather speak out and do it wrong than not speak out at all.

Yes, I do want to move on, and I will admit I woke up not feeling great and so I am not in the best mood and I apologize for that. But I also don't want things to be like "conform or else." Everyone should be able to state their opinion, and I don't want to be afraid to say something for fear it will upset others and then we all start arguing. And I am also not just going to tolerate people calling me names. And since asking people to be civil never seems to work, I have reached the point of giving people a taste of their own medicine.

I can see why some people find it annoying or offensive or whatever but I think it just started off as just a harmless joke that people started to read into too much. There's a way to make the joke disappear, and it's not by coming back each year and complaining about it.

I suppose it makes sense that something like this would get a weird cult following or something along those lines 🤣 Judging by the amount of people that actually get triggered though it would seem that either purpose is viable. I am the kind of guy who thinks Billie having a hair colour for every day of the month is way funnier than the September thing, but that's just me 😜
