Now it is like Lazy Bones, Wild One and Oh Love took the same substance. You get the idea - awesomeness ×10. I don’t think it’s very reasonable to say how much of a drug user you are

ChrisE Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 So am I the only one who thinks that the cymbals/hi-hat in Lazy Bones are waaay to loud and stand out too much? It's like they parallel compressed the shit out of them. Love the new guitars though. Also I'm not sure if they rerecorded the drums or just tweaked the transients/changed the samples.

lbw87 Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 anyone have the pictures from when Billie was in the studio rerecording these guitars overdubs? Wasn't there a mention of what songs he was working on?

Just release all the trilogy like that! Stay The Night just needs remake in my opinion. And Dirty Rotten Bastards.

Might still be on his IG if he hasn’t deleted it These have titles listed: Brutal Love, DRB, Wild One, Stay The Night, 99 Rev, Missing You, Stray Heart
Bakabanas Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 Remember we still have 7 more songs left from FOAM. Which. WILL. Come. Out. With these remakes, and beautiful covers coming out every Monday - we have a bunch of things to look forward to.
pacejunkie punk Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 And here he just said he was working on trilogy remixes:
BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 @pacejunkie punk I forgot about this and frankly it’s going to take me a moment to process the fact that he was making remixes in 2013 then again in 2018 and they’re finally coming out now I like his 2013 choices of songs so I hope they eventually come out

It’s just a question of which ones he’s happy enough with to want to share.
WhiteTim Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 But these are OTIS mixes the studio on those pics in 2013 are from Jingletown

Those remixes predate Otis. He first used the term Otis mix when he released Fell For You in 2017. So we don’t know if those earlier ones are part of this new release or not. Just means he’s been playing with remixes for a bloody long time.

Redundantuserjinxboy Posted April 3, 2020 Posted April 3, 2020 Lazy bones sounds a bit bigger to me. Cant really notice the differences in the other two songs off the bat though
