That Dude Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 I burned a cd with these songs (plus look for love, broken dreams and graffita from lockdown). I was going to wait. But like any Green Day release, I get the music and play it into the ground all day every until I am sick of it and then a week after that, the actual album comes out. It's a real problem and I can't stop. This has been going on since 21st Breakdown. Oh and you guys are right about the best covers not being included. Surrender. Bastards of young. The kids are alright. The saints are coming. A quick one. All better than the originals. Oh and We are the champions. I'm Rick James!!!!!!! 1 1 Quote

My favorite's are the ones I've only heard once or twice, which is just about every song after the first four. "Not That Way Anymore" sounds completely new to me, and right now my absolute favorite is "That's Rock N Roll". That one makes me want to write a song. My least favorites right now are "The Kids in America", "Gimme Some Truth" and "Amico". I never liked that first tune to begin with, and while Billie's version improves on it, it's the most corny song in the world. The other two are fun listens, but it's going to take me awhile to learn the lyrics to "Amico". Too bad Billie's solo debut is a compilation of covers instead of mind-blowing originals, but hey.
