wrong

Eric: I like to condescendingly reply to people telling them they're wrong and laugh at them just for stating their opinion cause I'm a douche and any opinion that doesn't align with mine is wrong. I'm also a hypocrite

Not really, commercial rap hasn't involved good music since the 2000s, all I hear is a generic tune on loop over and over again with someone talking over the top of it.

Strongly disagree with that, but making a sweeping statement of “that’s what rap is for” just seems ignorant

Also, interesting that they've released the first 3 songs of the album (in order). Maybe the second half of the album is vastly different than the first half? (Maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part )

Everything after Oh Yeah is going to be one massive multi-part epic magnum opus that blows Jesus of Suburbia out of the water. Then the hidden track at the end is X-Mas Time of the Year.

I'm still waiting for someone to prove otherwise, like I said I am open minded. The last "commercial good music rap song" I can think of is Lose Yourself by Eminem or anything from Linkin Park.

Also if you are just going to have lyrics without good music, isn't that what rap is for???

No that's what poetry is for. Rap is a genre of music. The music is supposed to be important

Do you have a point or are you just going to laugh at everything I say and not provide me with any constructive reason why?

Good music is what I would consider to be music I can listen to and enjoy without needing the vocals or "rap" to even be there. So yeah, I believe you hit the nail on the head there and it also sums up why I don't care for modern rap.

no because next your going to tell me you actually can tolerate Post Malone or MGK or Macklemore as well

Don't listen to him. He's just a pretentious douche bag who thinks everyone's opinion is beneath his.

I only know them by name and personally don't care for their genre of music. But if it really is good even without the words then I would be keen for you to recommend me a song. Just PM it to me so this doesn't get too off topic.

And!...back on topic of this single. I was meh at first, but happy to hear something that to me (note, MY opinion) sounded fresh and not just recycled GD. But I wasn’t sold on it being a really good song. I still haven’t decided if it’s a really good song, but I couldn’t stop listening to it on my way home from work and I feel like I’m addicted to it. I did NOT have this with FOA or FRA, in fact the latter I only listened to twice. So this says something about OY.

Came back to this topic and people are on about rap again? Nothing tires me more than punk elitism.

The more I listen to this song, the more I love it.

Was Asik moonlighting as Jorgemas? Cuz that would make a ton of sense.

Bingo!

Sadly there's no rap on this single so can we drop the subject now please? Back to the song
