jengd Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Awesome, great video, I loved it. Mike playing with his torch as a lightsaber on security duty. 😂
Little Boy Named Booze Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 But I still want to hear the tutorial of the song by Tré.
EmmaCharlatan&Saints Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 That video was pretty bland. Disappointed.
Squashie Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Description under the video: We’re throwing a party at the apocalypse and you and your 5 seconds of fame are invited. Go listen to Oh Yeah! out now - https://greenday.lnk.to/ohyeah BTW we sampled a song from the great Joan Jett’s Bad Reputation album. One of the writers on that song is a total asshole so we’re donating our royalties from this song to IJM and RAINN
Sixtrix Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 The video has a modern When I Come Around vibe to it But I don’t like the song. Though it is catchy, but not quite what I would expect from Green Day. I wonder if I will ever like it.. I probably will but never gonna be a favorite.

BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Haha this was trippy to watch on a phone and the video really adds to the song
luketrebilliemike Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Super dig this video! It’s got that slight comic edge
Beyza Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 I really like the video. It reflects the major change in the society with social media and stuff very well.
Thatsername Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 I thought it would be funnier but I like the message.

The Grohl Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 First thoughts: I'm really digging the song! It clicked with me instantly more so than the first two songs we heard. Definitely different for Green Day. More pop or glam rock focused, but you know what, I like it! I know it's not gonna please everyone, but I'm here for this! The hook is kind of weak, but it's still simple and catchy enough to get stuck in your head. I haven't stopped singing it since I watched it! I honestly expected more from the video. I dig the concept and I like how the whole we're obsessed with our phones or ourselves thing plays into the song's hook. I do love the beginning when Billie gets hit and the dude is like "Billie Joe??" And all that fucking bitching about Tyla and he's not even in the video. Some people really jumped the gun on that.
HAPPY ZOMBIE UNICORN Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 I really like it, there's an idea behind it, a message, it's fun, the director is really good, and the band is not fucking playing. Great video

Karol Oliveira Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Video is cool and I think it's nice they're addressing our obsession on phones and social media. At first, I thought the song was about a mass shooter, but the video gave a new meaning to it. "Everybody is a star...". Everybody wants to be a YouTuber or digital influencer now. Also, the song is growing on me a bit
jengd Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Love the message in the video re social media etc, there's quite a lot in it and I love that Billie is just walking about being Billie - very Macey's Day Parade, and love Mike and Tre's bits. Very cool.

theangel Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Isn't that Hobo Johnson in the video? There's a ton of people in it but I swear one of them looks just like him but with blonde hair.
