Flashback Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 And what if today‘s video is the real fake and MOOTIK is the real collaboration album by Green Day and Panicland and we‘re getting pranked by thinking that we‘re getting pranked 😏
pacejunkie punk Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Hwy I just thought of something that never got explained — didn’t somebody ask GD’s art director or someone at Warner about the cover art and they said it was an alternate cover for GFB?

Flashback Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Oh hey and what about Butch Walker who wrote that maybe a rock opera is coming in 2020. So maybe we don‘t get mootik but we get a cool album by another band 😄

I unfollowed - I couldn't handle his spam.

Flashback Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Okay I listened to the dr robert videos again and now I am still convinced that Billie was participating this prank and sponsored some vocals. The voice in the songs sound like him and different than Panicland‘s singer in the explanation video. 😂

pacejunkie punk Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 What’s impressive too is how many pieces beyond their control had to fall into place to make this believable. Unless Green Day were in on it helping them sell it, it was just a coincidence that Billie was teasing about releasing more music soon apart from FOAMF but it tied in. And then using the word glorious in his post for the songs, Butch’s rock opera comment, things like that. Even the timing of this hoax starting just before the real album art and music announcement. Their timing and luck were perfect.
Billie Hoe Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Looking back, this post of mine is HILARIOUS On 9/10/2019 at 11:26 PM, Bully Hoe said: This is way too elaborate. Why would Panicland, whoever they are, film themselves in their studio and then pretend it's Green Day and not take credit for it? The music clearly slaps, whereas Green Day's current route does not. Plus, the fourth video that was posted on that account has the person holding the "fake" album cover for Magnum Opus of the Inglorious Kind in their hand while there's music playing (maybe over the stereo), and you can see that it's a vinyl sleeve that has been laminated in foil, ready for selling. Why would someone fake such an elaborate painting, I mean look at all the details, especially on Billie. The poses, the faces, the tattoos on their arms. You can't fake something like this that easy if you don't have a template or a model. Photoshop is a lot of work in itself, but try finding pictures of Billie lying like that. And despite how silly it may look to see their faces on the bodies of angels, it's actually really good expert work imo. And that takes A LOT of time and dedication and effort. So, why would someone spend so much time faking a painting like this, actually print it out on several vinyl sleeves, wrap them in foil, and on top of everything fake a studio recording? All of this for a laugh that doesn't pay off? That person didn't gain anything from it and it's too elaborate of a leak to be fake in my opinion. That laugh sure did pay off!

I too am surprised by this, but now fairly convinced that they did actually pull this off all by themselves... Spoiler sounds so condescending lol, which is not my intention at all, but yeah it sounds fab
