Ok. So we are pretty sure that BillnTed is someone from or close to the band. Maybe we should go one step back and have a closer look at BillnTed's post in September, shortly before the FOAM announcement. If we assume there are hints and we missed something, maybe it helps to analyze his post again. He wrote on September 1st:

What still intrigues me: Why did he write the sentence "What if all we were getting this September was information? Like really good information? Music is sure to follow."

But we did get music in September. So what he wrote doesn't make any sense. Or does it?

Well... one way to interpret this is that we got the leaks right around the 10th in September. 
 

Obviously that’s nothing conclusive and purely coincidence... unless?

He is definitely someone with knowledge of the band business, he knew in advance the FOAM release date, or at least he knew something was happening that day. But he is clearly referring to the FOAM announcement in his post, which was September 10, also because that’s what we were discussing when he posted that message.

Yeah maybe but then the „only information in September and music later“ part still doesn’t make sense because we did get Foam (the song) in September. Unless he was talking about other music to come. Not in September. Only wildly speculating here of course. And yes this was discussed when he posted it, but as I said it can’t hurt to re-analyse it when we assume that we could have missed something. Back in September things were so crazy, everything got drowned in thousands of messages.

My best guess is that he knew there was going to be a FOAM/Hella Mega related announcement the 10th, but he was not sure whether the song was going to be released on the same day. Anyway just thinking out loud as well

maybe the whole July 19th business with kerrang threw their entire schedule off... 

also now that presumably GD knows that the doback leaks exist (if they didn't have anything to do with it) why havent they addressed this?

Yeah probably 2012 or something. I don't remember exactly. The pic isn't special. It was probably a funny green day image. Mike took a pic of the computer screen with his phone and right up on the corner of the pic you could kinda see the emoji from the post that proved it was from here.

this is all the more intriguing because the doback leaks showcase the motik vinyl with "green day" clearly visible on it. If it's panicland acting alone, they wouldn't have "green day" on it because of all the reasons i've said before. Information.

Why would you think this in the first place, when has Green Day collaborated with a band especially a shitty pop band? And why would panicland be free to leak this if they were allowed to sing on this super secret project? And why would they edit an old video with them and Billie in it to prove it was them? And why wouldn’t Warner be entitled to the recordings on this album, or at least an insane legal battle? And why... etc etc etc.

It undoubtedly sounds awesome and like Billie a bit, but let’s think some of these conclusions were jumping to through.

They're going on tour with FOB, so nothing would surprise me as far as shitty pop bands are concerned. Having one featured on an album is different though.

I think he could, very well could, have just been bluffing. The way of sounding oh-so-cryptic always looks sketchy to me. After all, the infamous Reddit "oozing dangerous" gal or guy also claimed a release would happen on the 10th, and it did.

Well, I have to agree, I hated seeing it from the start. I don't think Green Day would need to promote themselves by going on tour with other bands, especially bands like FOB. Ever since the move to Crush, things have been weird. And I don't like the way things are going. Of course, I'm going to go to a show, but only for Green Day. I don't really care for the Hella Mega pretentious shit, Green Day isn't Blink-182.
