Yes, he posted info over the summer about the Longshot shows changing venues & ticket info. Also, we mods wouldn’t let someone claim to be part of the band without evidence.

Yes, even Billie and Mike have been known to frequent the site. So it boggles my mind when people say some really rude things about the band here, or odd/creepy things about their personal lives. I thought it was well known that the guys come on here to read through posts occasionally, but I guess it was a few years ago that we found that out, so most people on the forum now probably don’t know about it.  My rule of thumb is if you wouldn’t say it to their face, don’t post it here!

The only thing that doesn't add up is the interspersed stuff that BJA said when he met panicland. Why on earth is that spliced in? If it's a troll effort, it ruins it completely by giving it some debunkability. Why on Earth is that there? If the true answer that question is made known, it might make or break the entire theory.

Wayyyy too much effort made on this one. Part of it has to be real if not all of it.

If those people, let's call them trolls for the time being - until proven otherwise - went through so much effort, then that raises questions indeed. The production of the supposed leaks, the immense amount of time one must have spent to make it sounds so Green Day-esque, the lyrics (epic religious choir starting with "Holy shit", I mean count me in), ...

They even went to so much detail, "tad" being a supposed person close to Adrienne (only a handful of the Green Day fanbase can know that), the artwork being on the table (a blurry smudge that was difficult to spot and compare at that), ...

Then they ruin all that shit by the half-assed placement of some old Instagram audio of Billie Joe talking to Panicland, which immediately also connects this entire thing to, well, Panicland.

Something doesn't add up with that. Such voice snippets are something a Microsoft Word 97 fraud would do, not a troll or a group of them who went through so much to decoy a few hundred people in the heart of the fanbase, then letting a few tens of people discuss it daily.

I think Panicland is involved with Green Day and this is more like a thorough ARG than anything else. The way Bill talked about them also all but confirms that.

To solve the ARG, we need a new clue.

I noticed that Panicland frequently responds to Instagram comments, so I just went ahead last night and asked them straight up, “Do you guys know anything about the Magnum Opus of the Inglorious Kind leaks?”

He apparently denied it when Shane from greendaypictures asked him face to face, but never formally denied it, even though Bill Schnieder knows that we have this theory, how hard is it for him to tell GD to debunk this in person? I think you're looking too much into that. I doubt the guys check all the hashtags before reposting. He probably thought the cover was cool.

That being said I love conspiracies and I think something might be up with a new album coming next year or something. My guess is it will have that arena-rock sound but the artwork and the tittle won't be mootik.

I really do believe there is a second album. I think there's a 50/50 chance of MOTIK but wouldn't be surprised if it's something else that's sort of queen-esque/21CB-like

Yeah, that read to me as way too specific too. Like they're trying to take advantage of the panicland theory as a convenient scapegoat (assuming the leaks are real but they don't want us to know)

Yeah this is what I'm hung up on, this all seems way too intricate to be a phony. And again, if it was all fake, why would they not keep faking it and continuing to have fun with us? I'm sure it'd be entertaining. The only theory that explains why new posts dried up as soon as the account was discovered is if it's real...
