I listened to the Doback „leaks“ again after a long time. Damn. The last one literally screams Green Day. Not only the „aaaah“ part that sounds like Billie, but also the guitar and drums. Diving head over heels into the loop again. I hope we‘ll find out one day who is behind this.

Ikr, I was also listening to it on repeat all morning, 🤩  trying to discern anything i hadn't before. There is an audacity edit on youtube that is even cooler to listen to because it is just so Green Dayish. Since the audio is clearer there's a lot more you can pick up. The "ooh, ooh, ooh" part honestly sounds a LOT like an unedited BJA. Do you think there is a possibility that the MOTIK leaks are actually gonna end up being on FOAM?

I'm not sure, but it seems to me that in a Green Day interview, they talk about having recorded an album that he sent only to their close friend, and that it wasn't FOAM.      

 

I think it's in the video where he claims " we are out of contract with Warner"

I don’t think you understand the impact that this could have in the forum. The constant fighting over MOOTIK and FOAM, which is better which is worse. What is real and what is fake.

If the song from the last doback leak is on FOAMF then the album is more than saved. 
 

the only shame is that it would prob be just over 2 minutes in length considering the totality of the album. I hope that something that large sounding is 4-5 minutes at least!

Can you post a link to the Audacity edit? I don’t think these leaks are from FOAM. The album is just too short, 26 minutes. Every song will be between 1 or 2 minutes. The leaks sound like they could be part of epic 5 to 9 minute songs.

I already started, but their stuff that's been released so far doesn't sound very much like the leak. There's hope for the future though. (Unlike with a certain another band)
