Doesn't matter if it's Magnum Opus or not, more music is coming. If you don't like FOAMF, you might like the next one. All evidence (like the reused font on the album cover and doctored sound bites) lead to this being a very well done fake. But it doesn't really matter. Because Green Day is forever evolving and their sound will change between releases, and luckily it looks like we're getting more music regularly in the future so you'll have an even greater chance of liking their new music. FOAMF is absolutely not a decoy album. They would not put out music they didn't believe in. Period. They've already stated that they loved it and worked really hard on breaking out of their comfort zone for it. The only part of it that's 'bad on purpose' is the album cover. The point of that was to piss people off, and god damn did it work.

I mean, the theory is already halfway confirmed, FOAM is in fact an album made quickly to finish their contract, that doesn't mean it's going to be a bad album.

Edit: Billie looking like he looks in interviews is not him being bored, it's him getting in the combative touring mode again knowing it's a daring move they made with Foam while getting sober again before the tour. stating it like I think it. He's gonna do great MOOTIK and FOAM are synonymous in a way, and the MOOTIK cover leaked about a week before FOAM was revealed

Yeah, the "FU Warner/Reprise" theory could still be true, at least to an extent.
