Well got an update from UPS and now my CD won’t arrive until Tuesday 😢 The only good news is the store sent me a second email with the full download link so now I have the album in my iTunes library and it sounds great. Been blasting it in the car all day.

Considering this and the blowback they got from the description of the Last of the American Girls book, they need to fire their PR person. At the same time, I really don't know why people are upset. It's a dumb joke. By Monday people will find something else to get angry at anyway.

I wanted Green Day back in the spotlight just not like this. At worst they are being called racist and at best they are being called boomers and out of touch (which really the poster comes off to me as the latter. It’s a shame given how vocal Billie has been lately about up and coming artists)
