How so?

10 strong tracks. Short and sweet. No room for filler. All bangers.

Are the lyrics wrong in the printed lyric sheet?   I swear I heard him saying "I need a rush" instead of "dangerous" at least once.

I hear the same thing

Indeed they are incorrect.

I will be there too.

Right in the pit for the second time

Me too. Had to pay 185 € for the vip package (which is not worth it) because the golden circle tickets were already sold out after 5 min.

@That Dude I think the lyric sheet is wrong and you are correct. He definitely sings “and it’s dangerous” first and “and I need the rush” second.

Interesting take on Romeo. Another nice double meaning maybe? Yes he did commit suicide but typically the name Romeo is used to describe someone who is a romantic or object of desire. That was my first thought here, that he doesn’t want to be seen that way (but sorry Billie, you’re just hawt, can’t help it 😄😍)

I can’t believe just a few short days ago Meet Me On The Roof didn’t exist in my life and now it’s been in my head all day 💚

Was walking in my local target and asked if they had any Cd’s of Green Day’s new album. The lady straight up walks to the back and grabs a box and let’s me go thru it to see if there were any. Lucky enough I found 3 sitting right there at the bottom.

Dont think the lady knew it wasn’t supposed to be sold to customers until Friday, but I’ll talk it😂

You're probably joking, but if not can you please rip this and put it in that place? If you don't know where I am referring to can you PM me?

Well that's what I have thought, but there's been no news about it in the place since the day of the leak. Here's hoping @GDeezy101 is telling the truth and is willing to upload it for us.

Maybe I'm late. I've listen to the leak like 5-6 times.
But I just did my first listen with headphone. The sound is horrible. But I like these songs.
So I guess friday I WILL LOVE THEM with proper sound!

I’m literally trying this in a bit. See what happens.

It's a cycle, the audience is never going to be keen on change but this seems like the logical evolution after a Trilogy too ambitious that only a few enjoyed and a regular 12 songs album that was meant to get back on track and for almost everyone to enjoy.

Now it's time for experimentation again.

In a way this record was the experimental one. Going for that glam rock 70’s vibe after revrad was a “classic sounding” green day  record. For the record, only record ive never liked is ¡DOS! Throughout green days whole discography

So I saw some Youtube reviews from reviewers that heard the leak and so far every single person has drawn a parallel with Warning.

Am I missing something here? I thought the only album since Warning that actually drew a major parallel to Warning was Uno.

It doesn't sound similar, but it is record that's kind of different and possibly will be controversial like Warning

I think in the way Warning marked the end of an era is very similar to the way FOAM seems to as well.

To me it feels like the boys are experimenting with sound and are ready to say goodbye to Warner and move on to the next chapter in their career just as the boys were experimenting with their sound quite a bit on Warning and trying to figure out what was going to come next.

Yeah but that's more a parallel in positioning through both coming at transition periods in time and in their career.

The reviewers are drawing parallels in the music, songwriting and sound of the songs/record.
