Post on a Green Day song could potentially be very good.

I'm gonna need a citation on that one. I saw a whole bunch of people earlier in this thread voicing positive opinions about rap/hip hop as a whole, and I'm sure there's tons of threads for rappers on gdc in the other artists area.

Why are we arguing about a collab when Tyla has said he’s not in the song?

Just because he’s white, doesn’t mean fans would be more open to the idea. Lady Cobra should exemplify that.

MGK or post Malone and Green Day is what I wanna here. Both artists respect rock and enjoy making rock themselves.

Nas would an interesting colaboration.

Kanye would not be a good fit with Green Day.

Mike Shinoda...although if that were the case, I would want a Billie-fronted Linkin Park.

Or a Mike-fronted LP.

What I'm saying is....

I hope there are some wild and unexpected turns on this album.

Hey, that IS a good one!

"What's Your Number?" is one of my favorite rap songs of all time and it's got some familiar punk rockers on the track and in the video..

I mean its true. Post Malone loves metal and did a song with ozzy, and MGK just finished recording a pop punk album with Travis Barker that’s coming out this year.

he can be in the video but if he’s on the album, fuck that. that’s not exploring creativity, it’s a blatant “how do you do fellow kids!”, id much rather green day turn into dad rock like foo fighters lmfao. And forget the fact that it’s cringe I just think it’s dishonest.

I'd like to see zach del Rocha from rage against the machine rap with green day lol
