I almost rushed to pre-order the rainbow puke vinyl, since we're getting close to the album release date. I checked the availability, and there's exactly 2,820 left. Not exactly a hot seller, apparently.

Are you sure about this? As far as I know, one album sale equals 1,500 streams, which is quite a lot. So in order to support a band in terms of chart positions and sales, it is definitely better to buy a physical copy.

a lot of artists make pennies from cd/vinyl sales and from streams (of course the more you sell and the longer you've been signed and what your lawyer can get you the higher you can get) and also matters on their publishing and such too as well

I’m picking up the album on CD. I don’t care if it’s bad, I’ve been collecting them all since I was 14 and I’m hardly going to stop now hahaha.

If the album cover wasn't so ugly, more vinyls would sell. I mean, being able to enjoy the album art in all its glory is one of the main appeals of vinyl. Even though revrad had a pretty basic cover, it looked cool on the black record sleeve. Not so sure about FOAM. The rainbow vinyl is really nice though.

You can always turn it around and consider the back to be the front. Displaying the back would look cool

My first instinct was "lmao good i'd be depressed too if I was putting out foam and then going on tour with fob", but then I looked at the playlist and yeah, I hope he's just being an emo kid. But you know, if a friend of mine posted something like this, I'd be concerned.

I like the version without the unicorn better, so I'm happy I snagged one of those. I can just pretend it's alternate American Idiot artwork.

What you must do is simple: find another picture of them at the Madonna Inn and photoshop the band name and title onto it, then glue it over the album cover

I ordered the vinyl with the unicorn although I hate unicorns because with the sticker it says "Father of all Mockers". It will always remind me of the wild times we had here speculating about MOOTIK and troll album theories😂

I'm sure that if Magnum Opus had actually ended up being Green Day, everyone would be complaining about the reversed electrocuted robot noises in the beginning and middle of Take A Stand
