Tomorrows announcement almost worries me, mainly because there seems to be so much focus on the Hella Mega tour.
It makes me wonder what we can expect from the new album and/or single.

If they announce a tour tomorrow and throw in a new song, I just hope the song can stand on its own, and not just a throwaway thing because they know we want to hear new music.

Yeah, surely they know that a corporate pop rock album and a shared Weezer / Fall Out Boy tour isn't exactly going to excite their fanbase, right? R..r..right? Right? Riiiight? Ah, fuck.

I dont remember wich band it was, but there was one Band that released a song at a specific time, and not at midnight (just saying you can do that).

It'll probably be like "Bang Bang" premiere: It premieres wherever the band wants it to and then it slowly rolls out on streaming platforms over the course of the next few hours. Green Day is a big enough band to do that kind of thing.

So if we assume that radio stations all over the world know something about or already have access to the new single, shouldn't we get a leak any minute now? Hard to believe that something like this could be kept a secret for another 24 hours or so.
