I love Say Goodbye, I remember talking to Chris 2 day before the Rev Rad tour started, and he was disappointed (in a kind way) Green Day didn’t want to put the song in the set list of the gig because in his opinion it was amazing to do it live  actually in my opinion too, and I didn’t even heard it! 

Though I find it a tad too repetitive, I do like that song and it def had great live show potential. The part where he whispers "this is how we" gets me every time lol

The chunky drums in that song are 😍. The album falls flat through with all the build up from the end of Say Goodbye Into Outlaws(imo should have been the last song after Forever Now).

So you're implying that they would release a single and then drop the album like 2 days later as opposed to dropping a single, then waiting 1-2+ months to get hype outside of the core fans for said album?

Yee i didn't believe him, was pointing out a flaw in his logic that the band would just "lol btw new album in 5 days" when they'd most likely give at least a month or two after the first single to generate more hype.

All of these “hints” and “leaks” need to be archived and documented to look back once the album is out.
