I mean, Mick and Keith are the Glimmer Twins after all. If the new song is all about glitter, glimmer and rock'n'roll, it wouldn't be far-fetched to premier it at a Rolling Stones show. 🤪

I think it could easily be a way to convey they’re “giving voices to the voiceless” as a lot of their more politicised songs aim to do.
