They’d only have to play about 45 minutes and the Stones could come on slightly later to accommodate them. There’s plenty of time if they play from 7:15-8.

I agree. For high visibility promotion you can’t beat it. Think of the symbolism for goodness sake — one legendary classic rock band passing the torch to the next one. It’s beautiful really and if it’s true I so appreciate Mick and Company for agreeing to do this for them. Class acts all around.

Yeah I'm not saying it's definitely the stones, maybe we got excited out of wishful thinking, but I don't think they'd post about going to Miami if it wasn't for work.

Honestly why the fuck would anyone go from California to Miami if they didn't need to? They probably are getting paid to do something but I just can't see them opening for the stones but God damn I would freak out

That was Bill. Seriously they wouldn’t take their tour guys unless they were performing somewhere and they wouldn’t take their hair stylist unless that performance was high profile and a media event. It’s the only thing that makes sense with the timing.

I agree. It makes sense and seems entirely plausible. It's reasonable to assume that tour crew means they're playing and it's defintely a promo thing. A secret show of their own makes no sense, they'd do that in California. Options are: the Stones or a TV appearance of some kind, but with Bill's post (and green day's recent posts from the stones show) I'm leaning towards the Stones.
