That was one of the songs I was listening to recently. Someone also mentioned Minnesota Girl as well earlier in the thread. I really do believe that these were atleast in the sessions for C&V. I remember Minnesota Girl was played a couple times on the American Idiot tour as well. I imagine C&V being somewhat similar to Uno but with better songwriting and production and of course a much longer tracklist. C&V was supposed to be a longer album. They were working on a lot of material in that time. Even with American Idiot only being 13 tracks if you broke the 9 min songs into 3 songs each you would have 17 songs. To respond to one of the comments above I hardly think that C&V would be the worst GD album. From hearing some of the unreleased material from that time and of course hearing some of the confirmed songs it seems to be a progression a next step from Warning. The full band songs are faster and flow better than a lot of the Warning songs. The acoustic songs that we've heard are also a lot different as well. I'm atleast hoping for this as the next compilation album but as of late the band has stated it's status is vaulted. The vault eventually opens but we're gonna need to be patient. Maybe on the next album we get another reworked C&V song? I think that direction they were in after Warning and before AI would be one that Butch Walker would try and get out of the band.
¡Nunes! Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Jason Freese just shared a pic of a bunch of synth keyboards with the caption "Time to fire these up". This adds more to the theory GD may use synths in the new album and that the video recorded by Butch was indeed a GD recording session.
pacejunkie punk Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 It certainly fits with the experimental livestream from last year with all the crazy keyboards.

GDFan2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Tré just posted a video to his Instagram story showing an illustration about stereophonic sound with I Saw Her Standing There by The Beatles playing in the background. And in the video he keeps pointing to the words, record, tape, and microphone. Has anyone seen it yet? He posted it maybe 15 minutes ago

If only he had WebGD back then, he might have detected it earlier.
