If you asked there, they might answer. But, my original response to you was to say that my shipping confirmation from 1234 go for an item I ordered from them did not come from a 1234 go email, it came from squarespace store. Maybe you’ve gotten it and just didn’t realize it because it’s under a different company.

Trust me, the only Squarespace emails I have are from in-store purchases I've made for breakfast recently
