Fan opinion definitely made a difference here because at first when people asked for it he said it would be a B side (probably to the next Longshot single) but when the comments didn’t die down and he saw how popular it was he decided to rush it out as it’s own single. So fans basically bumped the song up from B side to A side which is pretty cool.

It's news about a member of Green Day.

Green Day's official site used to post about FBHT news/shows and being under a different name was still effective enough that massive numbers of people didn't pay attention to it the way they would if it was "Green Day". When they played a FBHT show in London in a 500 capacity venue it was announced on gd .com the day before, tickets were available to anyone who turned up all day, and Billie stood on stage and invited the 12000 fans at the GD show they were playing beforehand to it, and it was still only half full. It's different when tickets are sold online but I still think the different name makes it work/not get too crazy.

I like it, to be honest, gives me a family vibe. Hey, Green Day is out there because of Billie Joe back in the 80s, there's nothing wrong about their official page supporting his brand new project :-)

I neglected this song because of the album and EPs but I'm totally in love with it now. I actually do agree it's something special, so nice and devilish and I love that guitar!
