I listened again very closely and okay, it's freezes over. I'm not native American and I had never heard that phrase, that's way it sounded weird. But as @pacejunkie punk gave me the explanation to it I get it now. "all this is over" would have worked too which is why I stuck to it. Only when I thought of "all this is over" I thought of it as something that will eventually happen, though as "hell freezes over" will never happen, that gives the line (and the chorus... and the song) a slightly different (darker?) meaning... I'll think of that when listening to it from now on :P

No, in Forever Now he screams. It's not "old", it's "oh-oh-oh-oh"

It makes more sense to me that he says "Don't want to think about the old" after "Don't want to think about tomorrow".

I see what you mean, but from the point of view of someone whose severe addiction lasted 10 years, half of my life, here's what I think: as the day goes on you think of that shit you're doing every day, you're thinking you won't avoid it later in the day, and that as usual you'll go on to a point it can be really bad and you might even not pass the night; but you don't want to care about what might happen, you don't want to care about tomorrow, caring seriously about it would mean starting to stop the shit that you're putting on every day, that shit that will end up killing you and therefore depriving you of any tomorrow, and it's too scary to think of changing that, but at the same that shit itself is so scary to think of and you can't even put a name on it (hence the scream that describes it better than anything). You reassure yourself by saying you'll "put it off another day" (so in the song from the point when he sings it it's not old for him yet), and you go on trying not to care about anything, "it doesn't matter anyway", as another way to reassure you.

In happiness after he says "when the war is over" does he say "Someday when i'll be sober? That's what I hear and would be a better rhyme than rhyming over with over. Anyone?

When hell pisses over is what I hear.

In Soul Surrender does he say "keep me clean and blow my nose" - if so this is the best line of the album - classic BJ:ga:

The only lyric I'm having an issue deciphering is the Turn Me Loose chorus.

Oh and the end of Taxi Driver's bridge!!!

So turn me loose
I’m only gonna stagger
And April Fools
But I’m not a runner (or running not sure on that part)

And he could have so easily made it "I'm a hyena" and it would have fit just the same.

Most of what I can't figure out has been answered now but I have one more question - what's this line at the end of Turn Me Loose chorus: don't call me a loser/ and fshaksllajagfajs/ it doesn't even matter
