RSD isn't too bad. Especially for Green Day. I find that Green Day stuff isn't what people are usually trying to go for. I remember for RSD 2014, I was able to walk in and find a shitload of Demolicious CDs and Vinyls. The display was pretty much untouched. Maybe it's a Cali thing.

I'm on the fence about using my tickets and flying down for thee parkside.   i'm going through cancer treatment, so i can call out of work with no problems at all; i've been doing so from time to time due to fatigue stemming from my chemo treatments.  the downside is paying for airfare when i just flew down for the last coverups show, and it's super pricey to keep doing this, though i do have a free place to stay with my inlaws who live in the area.  missing two day's pay isn't the worst thing in the world, my pay is shit.  

 

**EDIT:  I have colon cancer and I'm selling to raise funds for my extensive medical bills. It's more important than attending to me**

I saw your post before you edited it  yes, I'm very easy to trap, you could see it even through the internet. Please PM me if you want to tell me why I have to see the Exorcist.

Back on topic, I'm so jealous of everyone being able to see one of the Longshot shows in April. Have loads of fun. I don''t have a vinyl reader but if I got a Longshot vinyl, I'd offer to it to my boss who has one.

Billie Joe just might break the record for Front Man with the Most bands.  

Green Day. Network.  Tubbies.  Billie and Norah.  Rodeo Queens.  Coverups. The Longshot.  Pinhead Gunpowder.   And while many of these aren't 'active', non of them have officially broken up.   How many other musicians are in 8 bands?

Hahaha, yes, I didn't like the word trap, nothing more, nothing to hide Lol Ok, when I have time I give you a phone call... I don't know, in case you like movies, that one is a good movie, I don't know... I have a bass guitar to sell but a friend will give me a CD/LPs reader for it so I hope he writes me soon so I will finally have my vinyls player :-)

Are there US DVDs? Or is it just the show?

Answer my question with another question, aye?  Haha.  It's all good.  I just found the clips I wanted elsewhere on the forum   I'd love to see Paper Bullets as well if anyone else knows the answer, but I don't know.  I'm sure I would love it.  

On topic though..........I'm hearing Soul Surrender for the first time in my life and it instantly hooked me.  Like Taxi Driver, it strays a little further from the "Green Day Sound" and has a bit of country in its blood.  Very cool.  May turn out to be one of my favorites off this record.  Still haven't heard Cult Hero yet, but I doubt it will be the first sucky Billie Joe Armstrong penned song in 30 years.   But what do I know, it could surprise me!    I'm also listening to Ziggy Stardust and trying to get a feel for it because honestly, I've never listened to much Bowie.  But if Billie is covering it, I know I will come around!
