I abso-fucking-lutely love Chasing a Ghost! Taxi Driver is good too, but fucking Chasing a Ghost, man. Out of the 3 full songs we've heard, LIFL is still my fave, but CAG could easily catch up. But all 3 of them are just so damn catchy! It's very rare that I ever get a song stuck in my head after just one listen, but when I do, I know that song is something special, and that's how I'm feeling about CAG rn - I just can't get it out of my head.

Personally really like both songs.....was worried this project wasn’t going to sound different enough to Green Day (specifically Trilogy era GD) to warrant a side-project, but what we’ve heard so far sounds much poppier than GD.....could be a great summer album.

It’s funny to hear all the personal opinions and which songs people prefer. I really like Taxi Driver and once again the melody for Chasing A Ghost sounds too familiar. I’m really looking forward to Happiness. That clip got me. How do songs get leaked like this?

I’m with you. I liked CAG but the words were similar to Devil’s Kind (I can relate to the sentiment though of being alone at a sucky party), I LOVE Taxi Driver it moves, it swings it is so damn catchy. Fun lyrics too. God I love The Longshot 💔💔💔💔

I like them both, but like LIFL, the vocals on Chasing a Ghost sound a bit buried.  They sound fine on Taxi Driver though.

Just a small detail: in Chasing a Ghost, at the lower part starting from 2:17 we can hear Billie taking a deeper breath after each sentence, until the third time at 2:34 which is just

Eh, that looks like it could very easily be fan-made. 

... but then again, we said the same thing about the Revolution Radio album art, so who knows.

I noticed it too and would saythere's a significant chance that's the case. Not to derail the thread or good vibes, but it's because of this same logic I refuse to believe C&V the song wasn't written during the same time period as a lot of 21CB-era tracks.

Anyone figure out the lyrics yet? I've listened to them a few times and I feel like I can barely make out any of it with confidence.

I don't want to be one of those "the vocal filters suck" people because I obviously have no recording experience, but although I don't understand whatever it is he's doing, I wish he'd do less of it. If it's going to be indistinguishable, just make it sound like Insomniac.
