I didn’t mean any hurt feelings or even realize how it looked. This is a cool little thread and a dumb place to do that and it was sort of an accident tbh. I hope I didn’t offend anyone and when I was your guys’ age (young) not 42, life was a grand amusement and I’m sorry for saying it’s a grand illusion. It’s not. It’s what you make of it. I don't mean this in a backseat modding kind of way, what I'm trying to say is that it's ok to have this conversation on this forum if you feel like it. You're not unwelcome just because you're depressed/angry/being dramatic or whatever

I believe there is some nuanced physiological reasons why people forget little things equally. So there are pop culture things like movie lines that everyone thinks are the same, but wrongly, like (Empire Strikes Back MAJOR spoiler “Luke, I am your father” when the line is actually, to most people’s surprise “luke, search your feelings, you know if to be true” moments after he says “I am your father”. Here is something I found on it with quick search: I think pre-internet, urban legends and things like Mandela could have gone viral (the falsehood) and, absent the web, they could spread longer (but slower) and there was nothing, again because no WWW, nothing to put out the fire. But I also do believe in M. String and Multiverse theory and maybe those things are cogs in keeping the universe even in ways we don’t understand. Ohhhhh wwwwww,.so smart right? A god damn genius I tells ya.
