See this is why we have the Fangirl Initiatives! We gotta help Billie! Clearly, with quarantine he's just forgotten some things like how to apply eyeliner or what size pants he needs. We're trying to help! It's all about improving his quality of life. And the added bonus is we get to enjoy our hard work.
