I suppose it could be his... it appears to be taken in a walk-in closet/wardrobe and I recognize some of those jackets in the background (yes I've study this photo... ya know, science 'n stuffs)

A bra + He's married = wife's belongings (at least with my mind 🤷‍♀️)

You could be right, I didn’t look that closely at the background and thought he was in a store, but a few of those jackets look familiar, could be his own closet.  There must be some deep meaning in this - Billie Joe in the closet wearing his own bra but posting a selfie - I’m so mixed up now 😂😂

I've never paid attention to the background in the picture before before. My focus was only on Billie. But you're right, those jackets in the background are his. Considering how Billie is bored easily, now imagine him wearing a bra as his hobby when Adie isn't around.

The picture is nice but there's something eerie about it. Billie looks kind of possessed. It's the lighting of his eyes.
