His hair looks like belongs to a baby or toy in this pic, not like even real lol

Idk what to write about that lol He just looks like a innocent baby boy. Wondering from which year though cause he looks so young like a teen 

And the teeth lol I always find it so cute and adorable. His current one is pretty good looking too

I really want Billie to have his hair styled like this again. Of course I love his natural floofiness, but this looks so hot! 😍 I love it when his hair is falling into his eyes. And of course eyeliner! He looked so damn beautiful during 21CB.  It's almost getting that long again now anyway.
