Why is it always Dave Grohl who comes up with this stuff BJA sticks with - he taught him the gum trick (how does he chew a ton of it at the time is beyond me) and gave him the leopard thong.

Yeah, I get why he does it, but as someone coming from a biology background it's also mildly concerning to me how often he chews gum. If he's got nothing in his stomach at the time then he's just tricking it into producing a bunch of acid for no reason. It's pretty well documented that people who chew gum super frequently can develop bleeding in the stomach. 

I'm assuming he mainly just chews gum a lot while he's singing, though, so he's probably fine.

It could be useful in the long shows but I think he doesn’t have to use it always especially while performing one or three songs. It might be a habit like cannot doing without it, I don’t know really

To be fair, he most likely does/has done stuff a lot worse than chewing gum on empty stomach so I’m not fazed by it... interesting to learn this, though - I didn’t know you weren’t supposed to do it. (Not that it’s a problem for me - I can’t chew gum because it keeps dislocating my jaw :/)

Argh, now that we're talking about the gum, I remember this one gif from the RevRad era of Billie spitting out his gum with a big smile after and I can't find the gif or remember the show. I feel like it might have been summer 2017 because I feel like he might have had the bandana on. Anyone else have it? Wrigley maybe?

I never could find the exact words to express my thoughts about him, just saying “charming” doesn’t satisfy me enough lol and that might sound creepy but it’s not something like seeing someone completely perfect or anything, it’s something different. It might seem like overinterpreting too but it’s not actually. Maybe some people can relate or not I don’t know and don’t want to make myself more corny or weird lol
