And I had the good (amazing, actually) surprise to learn that apparently a homeless dude had been seen carrying this same rat in his stuff, only a day after or so, so it was undoubtedly that same rat. My immediate thought was: well, this rat is blessed, since Billie has carried it! And I was so happy for this guy that finding this plush in the bus would bring him a bit of comfort to start the new year. I was happier than if I hadn't lost the rat. (and I ended up buying another one like that anyway so ) After a while not having been on here, it was great to read your posts and see all the pictures.
