I'm laughing so hard right now thinking about how GD would react if they saw this thread, because they would think we're crazy- a Dadbod, a bellie and pouty bitch amount the usernames; and a shirtless Billie, pouting Billies and a pumpkin among the profile pictures .

Honestly, realizing that I find myself more attracted to Billie when he is carrying a bit of weight in the middle has really alleviated the shame I once felt for not having a completely flat stomach, because he taught me that it doesn't take a flat belly or a perfectly toned body to be beautiful. It took me way too long to realize that beauty is totally subjective - that the "ideal" image is not agreed upon unanimously by society. The only thing that should determine whether you should be concerned about your physique is your medical stability and how/if your weight affects that. It's so much easier to say these things than to genuinely believe them, but Billie has definitely helped me take steps towards improving my self-confidence. There have been times where I could've sent myself down a really dangerous road and Billie stepped in and sent me in a more positive direction. A man who I haven't had a single interaction with has impacted me in a way that people I know on a very personal and intimate level have not, and he did so just by existing. He has forever redefined my understanding of beauty, both inside and out. 

Sorry for the lengthy and somewhat random confession. This has been on my mind a lot lately and I feel that this is the only platform through which I can share these thoughts without facing judgement. 

I'm also totally exhausted so this may all come across as completely incoherent. My apologies for that.

That was one of the first things I noticed when I saw that photo for the first time! His bellie was coming close to overlapping the tattoo.  I'm not sure why I find that so adorable.

I do prefer a little bit slimmer belly, but he is beautiful no matter what. I actually like it when his face is a little fuller, though. It's very attractive. 

I think I may have mentioned it before, but I think 21CB is like ideal Billie to me. He was not too thin, but still had a slenderish figure. His jawline was a bit softer than when he was really thin during the AI musical and AI era.

Here he's got a strong, well defined physique, but there's still a little bit of hip flesh there to appreciate too.

His form is just fucking gorgeous in these! 😍 Not a super flat stomach, but not quite "dadbod" either.

And look at this beautiful, perfect face! Just a hint of that second chin and a lovely, rounded jaw. So pretty!

I cried of joy to your post . I feel the same. While I'm grateful towards several people in my 'real' life, Billie (whom I've never met) has alone helped me get over serious eating disorders I suffered half of my life, helped me incidentally get better with people around me, and I probably wouldn't be here now, happy and healthy, without him. As you say, he has made me redefine what beauty is for myself, and I don't need any social standard for that. Moreover, I can't find any standard pretty after I see him. He is beautiful in his individuality, and his imperfections from a trendy point of view appear just as beautiful and perfect to me. He is so inspiring.

By the way, that last photo you posted in the one I got tattooed on my arm, as my first tattoo, I love it so much.  I had a few photos I selected beforehand but the tattooist chose that one himself. Now I want to get some lyrics tattooed.

I still fangirl enormously on Rev Rad era, maybe it has something to do with the time I discovered Green Day, in late 2016, but I really think Billie is getting more beautiful as each day goes by. Here are a few more Rev Rad pics I can look at all day long:

@The Bellie In all honesty, what brought me to this Green Day Community website was a "Billie Belly" google search that directed me to the old Green Day fangirls confessions thread that was eventually replaced by this one. I looked over some of the conversations that took place on that thread and was pleased to see so many people fussing over Billie's bellie, because for awhile I thought I was the only person who had such an immense adoration for it. Some of the things you said in those discussions really stood out to me, particularly some of the things you shared about your recovery and the role Billie played in that. I struggled with anorexia in my early teens, and I really resonated with everything you had to say; the way you expressed such gratitude in Billie's impact on your ability to heal and find self acceptance made me feel so understood. For the past few weeks now, I've spent a lot of time contemplating that, considering the possibility that I would've relapsed if it weren't for Billie and the affect he's had on my self esteem. He helped me better understand the diversity of beauty and the benefits of self acceptance, and its really great to know that there's someone out there who has had experiences so similar to my own.
